Can you drink honey with atopic dermatitis?

Whether or not a person with atopic dermatitis can drink honey requires discretion, as honey is not yet a food product that can be detected in food intolerances and allergens, and requires the person with atopic dermatitis to try to simplify the types of foods in their diet. For example, you can try to drink a small amount of honey every day, or once every few days, and make a food log to record any discomfort or other reactions that occur after consumption, such as gastrointestinal reactions and the appearance of skin and mucosal rashes. If you do not feel uncomfortable after consuming honey during this 1 week or 1 month, you can consume it. However, if you feel loose stools, or if you experience increased itching of the skin, or even a rash or pimple, it is recommended not to take it.
