What should I do if I get fatty grains after using eye cream?

If a patient develops fatty grains after using eye creams, the first step is to minimise the frequency of applying cosmetics to the eyes and eye creams can be temporarily discontinued. Secondly, patients can go to a regular hospital for local sterilisation and then, under the doctor’s supervision, use a sterile disposable needle to pick the skin on the surface of the fatty granules to peel out the keratinous material inside for treatment purposes, or they can be treated with freezing or CO2 laser.
