Chen, 55 years old, had a sudden onset of headache with vomiting and unconsciousness for 1 hour. He was referred to our hospital for CTA (CT cerebral angiography) examination, which confirmed an anterior communicating aneurysm of the anterior cerebral artery, and his intracranial hemorrhage was caused by the rupture of this aneurysm. The diagnosis was clear, and the aneurysm hemorrhage was graded III. On the night of admission, minimally invasive endovascular intervention was preferred for treatment, without incision and direct occlusion, but intraoperative vasospasm was severe and intervention was difficult, so the patient was sent directly to the operating room for open aneurysm clamping, and the process went smoothly. To sum up the experience of this case with good treatment effect, we are experienced in the diagnosis and treatment of aneurysm, and we are capable of both minimally invasive interventional endovascular treatment and open emergency aneurysm clamping and hematoma removal, so the patient gets the best treatment in the first time, which makes the postoperative response fast and good, and also saves the patient’s economic burden.
