Routine examination of leukorrhea is a common gynecological test, which mainly includes vaginal pH, vaginal cleanliness and vaginal microorganisms to determine whether a woman has leukorrhea abnormalities.
Normal leukorrhea is white paste or egg white like, sticky, no fishy smell, small amount, called physiological leukorrhea. The leucorrhea test is mainly about the test items and the test results, usually the results are expressed as negative and positive. Positive means yes, negative means no. The normal range of values is attached to the rightmost side of the test sheet. If you compare the test results with the normal values, you will know if there is any abnormality. In general, a normal white belt test is cleanliness degree I or II, positive for Lactobacillus, PH 4-4.5, and negative for all other items. Abnormal leucorrhea laboratory test manifests as cleanliness degree III or IV. If it is positive for C. albicans esterase and positive for C. albicans, it means there is inflammatory infection with bacterial vaginitis; if it is positive for Candida, it means there is mycotic vaginitis; if it is positive for Trichomonas, it means it is trichomonas vaginitis; if it is positive for mycoplasma and chlamydia, it means there is mycoplasma and chlamydia infection. No matter which of the above is present, timely treatment is needed.
Therefore, it is a skill to learn how to read the test results, and it is important to use medication under the guidance of a physician to treat any abnormalities.
