What are the rights and wrongs of the artificial knee joint?

Artificial total knee surface replacement is the ideal treatment for end-stage osteoarthrosis worldwide and has reached a mature stage after nearly half a century of development. In North America and Europe, millions of patients receive artificial knee replacements each year. Due to economic development, an aging population, and the increasing demands of personal life, the number of artificial knee replacements in China has grown even more dramatically in recent years, from 200,000 per year around 2010 to nearly 400,000 in 2014. With so many patients, comes a lot of confusion and uncertainty about what kind of condition is suitable for artificial knee surgery. What is the probability of success? How long does it take to recover? What kind of condition can be achieved after surgery? What are the things that need to be taken care of? These questions are many and varied, but they basically revolve around the three aspects of “preoperative, hospitalization and postoperative”.
