Is Korean seamless eye opening really that amazing?

About eye opening, the streets are full of “Korean scarless”, “magic”, “natural scarless”, “Korean invisible” and so on. “Is it because of your own poor technique or ignorance, what a fuck!   Let’s go step by step into the scarless eye opening and get up close and personal with her!  I think the “scarless”, is the beginning of the scarless, indeed scarless (the scar is not obvious scarless, not really scarless).         At that time, the most popular ones were the soft uneven Ω nightmare descending Z-change and V-Y advancement for eye opening, which obviously left scars in the early days. For this reason, the authors invented their scarless eye opening technique.          However, this scarless eyelid opening technique needs to be done in combination with a scarred double eyelid surgery. If you want to simply open your eyes without scars, then unfortunately, it’s impossible to get it right. Take a look at the typical case provided by the author: The inner canthus of the left eye was reduced a lot, but the right eye did not improve, as the author admits. (Left: pre-op, right: 5 months post-op) Generally speaking, typical cases published in important professional journals are those with relatively good results. But unfortunately, these 3 typical cases do not fully illustrate the superiority of this method. I was wondering why this article was published, perhaps because it is indeed an innovation from a technical point of view and is a very attractive place to be. There is a market for the technique because of some complications of other methods. Only objectively speaking, the results are not as good as imagined, and not all canthus can be corrected, just FYI. Finally, by the way, let’s post a picture of the surgical technique with marks. In fact, if used properly, the scar will become scarless, but if used badly, the scarless may be useless.
