Does Vitamin A cream work for plantar warts?

Plantar warts don’t work with retinoid cream. Plantar warts patients can choose keratolytic drugs, or take physical therapy and other ways. Vitamin A cream has some exfoliation effect, can improve keratinization, used to treat flat warts and other diseases, but not for plantar warts, because plantar warts cuticle is usually thicker. Plantar warts are benign skin growths on the plantar areas of the feet caused by the human papilloma virus, some of which may disappear on their own. The most common treatment for plantar warts is physical therapy. Smaller plantar warts can be frozen by liquid nitrogen, laser or electrocoagulation to dislodge the warts. Intradermal injections of pingyangmycin are also indicated for the treatment of plantar warts.
