Is it normal to have vague stomach pains in the third trimester?

Whether it is normal to have vague stomach pains in the third trimester depends on whether there are other accompanying symptoms, and cannot be generalized. In the third trimester, if there is only occasional stomach pain, it is usually caused by the gradual development of the fetus, the enlargement of the uterus, pelvic congestion and pressure on the surrounding tissues, which is a normal phenomenon and can be relieved after rest; if the pain gradually increases and is accompanied by vaginal bleeding or nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and other symptoms, it is an abnormal phenomenon and may be caused by abnormalities such as pre-eclampsia or ectopic pregnancy. If the pain gradually worsens and is accompanied by vaginal bleeding or nausea, vomiting or diarrhea, it is abnormal and may be caused by abnormalities such as preterm abortion or ectopic pregnancy. In the early stages of pregnancy, the fetus is unstable, so pregnant women should pay extra attention, take more rest, avoid strenuous exercise and heavy lifting, don’t eat spicy and stimulating food, try to eat a light diet, eat more green vegetables and fruits, and keep a relaxed mood.
