Watch out for these strange allergy symptoms!

Allergies are a very common symptom that many people have, and these are the people who have allergies. Here is an inventory of some strange allergy symptoms and ways to prevent allergies. Some strange allergy symptoms cell phone allergy: academically speaking, cell phone allergy is not an allergy caused by the cell phone itself, but an allergy caused by the nickel element used to manufacture the cell phone. However, this allergy can be called cell phone dermatitis, as many people currently have this condition, which is thought to be caused by cell phones. The symptoms of allergy to cell phones are the same as those that occur in some people who do not buy earrings and jewelry containing this substance because of their nickel allergy. Unfortunately, however, it is difficult to avoid cell phone dermatitis unless one avoids contact with this metallic substance. Therefore, doctors recommend that some people with nickel allergies buy non-handheld devices. Beer allergy: Isn’t it scary to be allergic to beer? People with this allergy are actually allergic to the snakeweed, rye, corn, wheat and other substances contained in beer. The fermentation process in brewing can make the allergy worse, which makes those with a slight food allergy afraid to drink beer at all. Water allergies: Some people are so unfortunate that taking a shower in the morning or washing their hands after going to the bathroom can make them allergic. This allergy is called water urticaria. One theory is that it is caused by a very small amount of compounds added to the water. Some very severe water allergy sufferers, however, may even be allergic to their own watery bodily fluids, and blood, sweat and tears can cause sudden hives or rashes to develop in infected areas. Sun allergies: If the heat wave doesn’t pass, more people may claim to be sun allergic. In fact those who suffer from sun urticaria have been known to have red and itchy skin after exposure to light, which has been thought to be a symptom of sunburn. Antihistamines can apparently relieve these symptoms, which are an allergy rather than just a skin irritation. Some people have the opposite of the above and suffer from a very rare form of cold urticaria, which produces an allergic reaction when exposed to cold weather. Computer allergies: We may be able to continue living without our cell phones, but we really don’t know what it would be like without our computers. For people with computer allergies, it’s really bad news to avoid computers. Electromagnetic radiation hypersensitivity syndrome is an allergy to triphenyl phosphate, a substance often used in plastics – especially computer screens. This allergic reaction produces symptoms that are sometimes not obvious, which include nasal congestion and headaches. Ways to prevent allergies 1. Keep away from allergenic factors We need to keep away from allergenic factors, which is the most fundamental way to prevent atopic dermatitis. Minimize environmental allergens, such as inhalant allergens (any substance that can be inhaled through the respiratory tract is a potential allergen), including dust, dust mites, cotton wool, pollen (spring, summer and fall), animal hair, fungi, insects and smoke. Food allergens (are allergens that cause allergic reactions through ingestion), including fish, shrimp, crab, beef and lamb, eggs, milk, peanuts, soybeans and nuts. Contact allergens (allergens that cause allergic reactions through contact with skin or mucous membranes), including clothing, dyes, cosmetics, jewelry, topical medications, lacquers, organic solvents, hair dyes and disinfectants, etc. In order to create a healthy and hygienic environment, often keep indoor hygiene, open windows and ventilation, maintain appropriate temperature and humidity, do not use disinfectants casually, etc.; minimize children’s exposure to pollen in spring; avoid direct sunlight in summer; do not keep pets at home, especially not indoors; use less carpets and vacuum more often; do not use electric blankets; avoid irritating cosmetics, etc. 2, reduce the triggering aggravating factors to reduce the triggering aggravating factors and stimulating factors such as mechanical factors (scratching, friction); physical and chemical factors (hot water washing, high temperature, low humidity, irritating drugs); biological factors (plants and animals, microbial infections, etc.); mental tension or emotional depression or digestive disorders. 3, scientific and reasonable bathing care for the skin, scientific and reasonable bathing, choose pH (PH) neutral, non-irritating soap; not indiscriminate use of skin care products, underwear to choose soft cotton fabrics, should not wear wool, chemical fiber fabrics, these fabrics are rougher, and irritating to the skin, easy to trigger dermatitis, eczema. 4, pay attention to dietary conditioning pay attention to dietary conditioning, balanced nutrition, eat more fruits, vegetables and other vitamin-rich food, vitamin C is a natural anti-histamine agent, should be taken from the diet every day. Eat less fish and shrimp, beef and mutton and greasy, sweet and stimulating food.
