What can we do about infertility?

As a result of various factors, the incidence of infertility among couples of childbearing age in China has reached 1/8, and the number of infertility patients has exceeded 50 million and is increasing year by year, while the infertility treatment technology is still relatively weak, and the current situation of infertility is very serious. Infertility is a widespread problem in countries all over the world, and the most fundamental human ability to reproduce offspring is being severely challenged as never before. The absolute and relative number of infertility patients is growing, and the growth rate in China is the fastest. The World Health Organization predicts that infertility will become the third most common disease after tumors and cardiovascular diseases. And the current state of infertility in China shows that the fertility crisis has taken root in China. Couples who have not conceived within a year need to go to a specialist hospital at the same time for a thorough examination early and take timely treatment in a safe and efficient manner. In order to prevent the doctors’ inexperience from leading to deviations in examination and treatment, which ultimately do not lead to successful conception and also cause physical, mental and material trauma to the patients. At the same time, the backwardness of technical equipment can also cause errors in diagnosis and treatment, and infertility patients should choose a specialist hospital for treatment. Early treatment is also necessary, because as patients get older, their bodies are more likely to show symptoms of premature aging, such as the decline of ovarian function, aging eggs, pelvic inflammatory disease and other diseases, thus affecting fertility, and then it will be extremely difficult to “conceive a baby”. The severe infertility situation makes the treatment work of infertility medical personnel a long way to go.
