After surgery, you should gradually leave bed and move around with partial weight-bearing for 8-12 weeks, and then change to single crutch or cane for 6 weeks.  3.Continue to perform orderly functional exercises of bilateral hip muscle strength and mobility during bed rest to prevent long-term bed rest complications.  4, daily life should pay attention to avoid the position of hip joint easily dislocated, keep the affected limb often in external booth or neutral position. 8-12 weeks to flex the hip should be <90°. Cultivate the correct way to wear shoes, cultivate the correct posture away from the bed, the toilet bucket should not be too low, do not set up two legs, bend the waist to <90 °. When going up and down the stairs, pay attention to "good up and bad down", i.e. the healthy side goes up first when going upstairs, and the operated side goes down first when going downstairs. avoid lying on the lower side of the operated limb within 12 weeks, and hold the pillow between the legs on the healthy side when lying on the side.  5.Avoid heavy physical activities and participation in projects that require a wide range of hip joint activities such as running and dancing; avoid walking on uneven and smooth surfaces; avoid trauma to reduce postoperative joint dislocation, subluxation, fracture and prosthesis loosening.  6.Avoid sexual life within 8-12 weeks after surgery, and prevent excessive hip abduction and hip flexion during sexual life.  7. Pay attention to the prevention and timely control of infection. Tooth extraction, tonsil removal and other treatment measures that may cause infection or infection foci in other parts of the body should be prevented in time to prevent the spread of bacteria through the bloodstream and cause joint infection.  8, abnormal phenomenon: If the joint continues to swell, pain, skin redness, heat, incision oozing, should be highly alert to infection, the incidence of infection is low, but its consequences are catastrophic. If your artificial joint has been in use for a number of years and you have recently experienced joint pain with activity, the joint may be loose or worn out. If the joint pain and inability to move occurs after a fall or joint sprain, it may be a joint dislocation or a fracture around the prosthesis.  9. If there is any abnormality in the hip joint after the operation, you should contact the surgeon in time.
