Tips for topical ointment precautions

  1, before using the drug can be washed with warm water (no need to use soap, etc.), with a clean towel gently dried (can be kept lightly moist).  2, the amount of ointment covering the belly of an index finger can be applied to an area of 10cm x 10cm of skin (just a thin layer, not too much), a small area of skin lesions can be used to rub the drug into the fingertips, a larger range is carefully applied with the palm of the hand, the ointment should be applied to the affected area for at least 30 seconds to allow full absorption of the drug.  3.Wash your hands after using the medication.  4. If not specified, topical medication is generally applied twice a day.
