HPV Introduction HPV that is, human papillomavirus, epitheliophilic and mucosal, non-enveloped double-stranded closed-loop small DNA virus, 45nm-55nm in diameter, transmitted through the genital tract or direct contact between the skin, the main transmission route is sexual intercourse, infection of the genital area, infection is usually no obvious symptoms. HPV virus characteristics: 1, widely present in nature, skin, mucous membranes, respiratory tract are present. 2, 45nm-55nm, small circular double-stranded DNA virus (condoms are not safe!) 3, good stability in nature, even in cold conditions without a host can survive independently for several months (be wary of HPV indirect transmission routes) HPV infection of basal cells two necessary conditions: 1, there is the ability to infect the HPV virus. 2, skin and mucosal surfaces with damage deep to the basement membrane. The epithelial cells at the squamocolumnar junction of the uterine cervix are easily damaged, so they are susceptible to HPV infection; at the same time, this is also the area where the reserve stem cells are concentrated, and the repair, proliferation and transformation of cells are more active and susceptible to lesions. Treatment: 1. Persistent HPV infection leads to the integration of HPV-DNA with human DNA and is therefore the root cause of cervical cancer. With the prolongation of HPV infection, the proportion of DNA integration increases and the risk of cancer increases, therefore, early and fast intervention as possible can effectively avoid further deterioration of the disease. 2.Currently used drugs (1) Synformin: for the treatment of cervical erosion caused by viral infection. (2) Andafen: For the treatment of cervical erosion caused by (or coexisting with) viral infection. (3) Eugenol: 2. Treatment of cervical erosion; 3.
