3. Systemic diseases: usually diabetic people will have periodontal disease, periodontal swelling and pain and other symptoms. The solution to this kind of gingival pain with systemic diseases, on the one hand, need to remove the periodontal related pathogenic factors, on the other hand, also need to cooperate with the treatment of systemic diseases.
