Pseudomonal warts, also known as fuzzy labia minora, occur on the inner side of the female labia minora and are seen as dense, light red rashes that can be fuzzy or fishseed-like, partially filiform, symmetrically distributed, with a smooth surface, generally without conscious symptoms or only mild itching, and can be long-lasting, with a negative acetic acid test and no excavated cells on histopathological examination. The onset is often associated with excessive local secretions, long-term chronic inflammatory stimulation and physiological variation, and the disease generally does not require treatment.
