For patients with EGFR wild-type non-small cell lung cancer, chemotherapy in platinum duplex is the predominant treatment option. Cedaridine is an orally administered small molecule histone deacetylase inhibitor. Previous trials have shown that cidarabine can enhance the efficacy of chemotherapeutic drugs when combined with chemotherapy. In view of this, a phase III clinical study of cidarabine in combination with chemotherapy for the treatment of primary EGFR wild-type non-small cell lung cancer was conducted in several centers in China with the approval of CFDA. The main enrollment criteria: 1, non-small cell lung cancer with clear pathological type 2, EGFR wild type and can provide 3-5 pathological white films 3, no systemic anti-tumor therapy 4, measurable lesions 5, age over 18 years old 6, physical status 0-1 points
