What are the medications used to treat stage IV chronic kidney disease?

The therapeutic drugs for chronic kidney disease stage IV are mainly related to the clinical symptoms, and can use ACEI or ARB drugs to reduce urinary protein, EPO (erythropoietin) or iron to improve anemia, and diuretics to improve edema and so on.
1. ACEI or ARB class: If the patient persistent urinary protein appears, ACEI such as captopril, benazepril or ARB class such as chlorosartan drugs can be used to reduce urinary protein. However, when the blood creatinine is higher than 265 μmoI/L and the blood potassium is higher than 5.5 mmoI/L, the use of ACEI drugs is prohibited.
