(3) Combined abdominal liposuction plus scar excision program: For obese patients with a lot of abdominal fat, the direct excision of scar suture tension is relatively large and the effect is not ideal. After using liposuction of the waist and abdomen, the relaxation of the skin after liposuction can be used to reduce the tension after scar excision and achieve the best effect of scar repair.
