What is artificial urticaria?

Artificial urticaria is caused by a type of cell (mast cell) in the skin that is not very stable and releases allergic substances when it encounters stimuli (such as scratching, resting on a table, wind stimulation), resulting in local redness and itching. It can subside on its own when not irritated. For treatment, we usually use second-generation oral antihistamines such as ketostatin or centrum (choose one) during the day and first-generation antihistamines such as ketotifen or cyproheptadine (choose one) at night before bedtime. Take Vit C and calcium tablets as an adjunct to treatment. If still ineffective, take oral Mennen, or Paflumine (Paeoniflorin). These two are relatively weak immunomodulators. There are many choices of antihistamines, and it is important to choose the one that you have used effectively. Once you have chosen an effective option, you need to take the medication for a long time and slowly reduce the dosage. Usually you start reducing the dosage after one month of taking it, changing it to every other day, the second month to every two days, and so on, reducing the dosage once a month. Do not feel that it works, then immediately stop the drug, then it will be repeated. This disease is not hereditary and has little to do with viral infections. It has to do with physical condition. If you have recently been under a lot of stress and are in a bad state, you may have a recurrence. It is advisable to adjust your mind and take care of your rest.
