Make an appointment for surgery at the outpatient nurse’s desk (Monday to Friday, excluding Saturday and Sunday), and make your own arrangements according to your personal situation after communicating with your attending physician. 1. Upon arrival, ask the physician’s assistant to complete the outpatient medical record, take the photo, and pay the fee. 2. Go to the waiting area, change surgical gown and clean the operating area. 3. Enter the operating room, reconfirm the injection site with the attending physician, and decide on the site and extent of liposuction (usually choose the posterior outer thighs, followed by the lower abdomen). The attending physician will draw lines to mark the injection area and the liposuction area before surgery. 4. Patients under local anesthesia will be given local infiltration anesthesia by the attending physician before liposuction and fat injection to ensure that the patient’s pain is minimized during the surgical operation; patients under general anesthesia will receive general anesthesia, and the attending physician will complete the surgical operation while the patient is unconscious, so that the patient’s comfort level is maximized. 5. After the injection is completed, the fat graft injection eye does not need to be sutured, and antibiotic ointment is applied locally. The needle eye at the hip groove of thigh liposuction is sutured with 1 stitch, and the stitches are removed 7 days after the operation. No suture is needed for the needle eye of the lower abdominal liposuction umbilicus. The liposuction area is wrapped with compression bandage for 3 days. The best survival rate is not more than 50%, and the effect is basically stable 3 months after surgery. 2, according to the situation of the operation will be appropriate over-injection, so the post-operative injection area swelling, hard knots, convexity may be obvious, within 3 months can be roughly back to normal. 3, because of the high absorption rate of fat, in order to achieve the final effect, about 3 months after surgery may need to repeat the injection. 4. Do not put water on the wound within 3 days (the eye of the fat injection needle is thicker than the normal needle, so the healing is slower), and do not apply hot compresses to the operation area (it will increase the swelling of the tissue and promote fat absorption). 5. Within 24 hours after surgery, if there is local protrusion, active massage can be given to facilitate the recovery. After 24 hours after surgery, it is not recommended to massage the operated area again, otherwise it is easy to cause fat absorption. 6. Take oral antimicrobials for 3 days if necessary, and painkillers (tramadol, tylenol, painkillers, etc.) orally if necessary. 7. Avoid alcohol, seafood and spicy stimulating food for 7 days after surgery. 8. No skin care within 3 weeks after injection, temporal fat filler do not wear framed glasses that compress the operation area. 9. If you feel any discomfort after surgery, you should communicate with the attending doctor in time.
