The early stages of pregnancy are closely associated with early pregnancy reactions due to an increase in pregnancy-related hormones such as progesterone, oestrogen and progesterone, and a significant rise in human chorionic gonadotropin.
Early pregnancy reactions are mainly digestive symptoms, but some people may also experience dizziness and headaches. However, if dizziness and headache are evident, one should consider the possibility of abnormalities in the cerebral blood vessels, abnormalities in the brain nerves, and possibly anaemia, or cardiovascular disease, and cervical spondylosis, which can all present with dizziness and headache during pregnancy.
