What is perianal warts as a disease

Perianal warts, also known as condyloma acuminatum, is a sexually transmitted disease caused by human papillomavirus (HVP) that causes epidermal neoplasia in the genital, perineal, and anal areas. The perianal skin is wrinkled and rubbed when walking, so once warts occur they often produce perianal warts. The first thing that you need to do is to get a good idea of what you are getting into. The actual fact is that you can find a lot of people who are not able to get a good deal on a lot of things. Due to secondary infection, the discharge often has an unpleasant odor. The human papilloma virus (HPV) is the smallest DNA (deoxyribonucleic acid) virus. HPV is spherical in shape, with a diameter of about 45-55 nm, and infects mainly epithelial cells. So far, HPV has been identified up to more than 70 subtypes, with information reported for more than 100 HPV subtypes. HPV exists widely in nature, and HPV infection in humans is very common and the infection rate is high. The rate of HPV infection in the natural population ranges from less than 1% to as high as 50%, and more than 20% to 80% of the sexually active population has a history of HPV infection. The condyloma acuminatum virus HPV survives in vitro for up to 48 hours. If dry. It will die within 5 minutes of exposure to sunlight and other ring mirrors. The incubation period of 3 weeks to 8 months, an average of 3 months, most of the sexually active young and middle-aged men and women, the peak age of onset is 20-25 years old, the average duration of the disease in the 3-5 months of the most infectious male and female patients, soon after the onset of sexual contact, while the average duration of the disease 12 months of male patients, their sexual contacts may not develop. As the initial stage of warts is often painless and the rash is not obvious, most patients are generally asymptomatic. The damage varies in size and shape. The patient may have pain and blood in the rectum, while large warts in the rectum can cause a feeling of urgency. In men, the warts are found on the prepuce, coronal sulcus, foreskin, urethra, penis, perianal area and scrotum. The first is a pale red or dirty red corn-like superfluous organism, soft in nature, slightly pointed at the tip, gradually growing or increasing. They may develop into papillae or cysts, with a slightly wide base or band and a granular surface. In the anus, they are often enlarged and resemble cauliflower, with a moist or bleeding surface, and pus often accumulates between the granules, emitting a foul odor and secondary infection after scratching. The genital warts are located in dry areas with low humidity, the damage is often small and flat warts. The warts located in hot and humid areas often appear filiform or papillomatous, easily fused into large clusters. Warts can increase in size in patients with severe liver disease. Pregnancy can cause warts to recur or grow faster. The actual clinical infection is a clinically unrecognizable lesion, but with a 3%-5% acetic acid solution applied topically or wet for 5-10 minutes can be white in the HPV infected area, the so-called “white acetate phenomenon”. 3, nucleic acid hybridization can be detected HPV-DNA-related sequences, PCR test can be seen specific HPV-DNA amplification zone band. 4, patients have a history of unclean sex or spousal infection, a few condyloma acuminata through contact with contaminated utensils infection, newborns can also be infected through the birth canal. The incubation period varies from 1 to 8 months, the average is 3 months. 5, condyloma acuminata HPV virus is not dissolved in the blood, but can be detected in the blood serum antibodies, to get information about the infection virus. The actual system of advanced virus detection can quickly test the serum and detect three items, namely “virus antibody, virus type, virus quantity”.
