Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) treats premature ejaculation with different herbs according to different causes. For kidney qi deficiency, use Jin Gui Kidney qi Pill; for heart and spleen deficiency, use Gui Spleen Tang; and for damp-heat in the liver meridian, use Gentian Liver Tang.
Damp-heat in liver meridian can be seen in premature ejaculation, easy to lift the penis; accompanied by bitter mouth and dry throat, chest tightness and coercive pain (pain in the area of coercion and ribs), wet and itchy scrotum, and yellow and turbid urine; the tongue is red, the moss is yellowish and greasy, and the pulse is stringy and slippery and numberless. Use Gentian Diarrhea Liver Tang to clear dampness and heat in the liver meridian.
Heart-Spleen deficiency: premature ejaculation, palpitation and palpitation with anxiety (violent heartbeat, panic and restlessness), forgetfulness and dreaminess, little food, abdominal distension and loose stools (thin and unshaped stools), fatigue (mental exhaustion, physical weakness); pale tongue, weak pulse. Treatment should be Gui Spleen Tang to tonify the heart and spleen.
Kidney qi not solid evidence, see premature ejaculation and spermatorrhea, loss of libido, soreness and weakness of waist and knees, long and clear urine, nocturnal polyuria, pale complexion (white color and lack of luster); pale tongue and white moss, weak pulse. Treatment should be Jin Gui Ren Qi Wan to benefit the kidney and strengthen essence.
The adverse effects of the above formula are not clear. There are other clinical indications of premature ejaculation. If you want to use Chinese medicine to treat premature ejaculation, it is recommended that you go to a regular Chinese medicine hospital or Chinese medicine department and follow the doctor’s instructions for treatment. Acupuncture and psychotherapy are also available.
