Prevention of “colds” in children

  Acute upper respiratory tract infections are referred to as “upper respiratory tract infections”, commonly known as “colds”. It is the most common disease in children. It is an infection of the upper respiratory tract, i.e. nose, nasopharynx, throat (including tonsils), caused by viruses and bacteria, and the main pathogen is a virus.  How to avoid children from catching a cold? In winter and spring or when air pollution is serious, you should wear a mask when you go out. The mask should be washed and replaced at all times.  6.After a child has a cold, he or she should rest at home and avoid enrolling in daycare to prevent mutual infection among children.  7, every year in late autumn and early winter, give your child the influenza virus vaccination on time for the year.  If you can do the above, your baby’s chances of catching a cold will be significantly reduced, making your child grow up healthier.
