What causes tinnitus and deafness

There are many clinical causes of tinnitus and deafness: the first one, more common, is the vascular factor. Patients are likely to have insufficient blood supply to the brain or spinal stenosis, and sometimes there are tiny blood clots formed inside the inner ear, which leads to tinnitus and also deafness. Secondly, the patient is likely to be anxious and irritable and easily lose his temper. This may also lead to neurological tinnitus and deafness. The third type is often a conductive factor, such as perforation of the eardrum or inflammation in the external ear canal or middle ear cavity, or sometimes cholesteatoma formation in the external ear canal or granuloma in the middle ear cavity, which may also lead to tinnitus and deafness. No matter which of the above causes is the cause, it is important to actively treat the symptoms.
