What should I do if my breasts are enlarged? How should I reduce it? Excessive breast enlargement not only affects the overall beauty of the breasts, but also affects their physical health and brings a lot of stress to their daily life. Some patients with gigantomastia should undergo breast reduction treatment as soon as possible to restore normal breasts. Breast weight measurement: The normal breast weight for Chinese women is 250~350g (its variable is related to the variable of height). If calculated by volume, the normal volume of beautiful breasts is 250~300ml. beyond the above range is breast hypertrophy or breast enlargement disease. The degree of hypertrophy is divided into 3 categories: mild hypertrophy, 400~600ml; moderate hypertrophy, 600~800; and severe hypertrophy, 800ml or more. If the volume is greater than 1500ml, it is called gigantic breasts (referred to as gigantic breasts or gigantism). First, breast hypertrophy is common in two cases: one is accompanied by generalized obesity, and the other is adolescent breast hypertrophy. Occasionally, gigantomastia is seen secondary to multiple births. In addition, breast adenopathy can also lead to breast enlargement. Epidural or general anesthesia is usually used for breast reduction. Local anesthesia may be used for smaller procedures. Minimally invasive surgery is used to treat breast enlargement and breast sagging in teenage or adult women (especially after breastfeeding) and to restore the breasts to a youthful and firm state. Second, breast reduction plastic surgery aims to correct: 1, the entire excess breast tissue and fat tissue; 2, sagging and displacement of the nipple and areola; 3, loose breast skin tissue. Breast reduction surgery should specifically study the characteristics and conditions of each patient who will undergo breast reduction surgery to select the ideal reduction surgery procedure to create a breast with the ideal size and shape, while preserving the breast lactation and nipple sensitive sensory function.
