Dizziness, nausea, and vomiting yellow water may be a disease of the gallbladder system, such as cholecystitis, or gallbladder stones. In acute cholecystitis, there may be nausea, vomiting, vomiting of yellow water, or bitterness in the mouth. However, dizziness needs to be noted for hypertension, or cerebrovascular disease, including carotid artery stenosis, or inadequate blood supply, and other symptoms of cerebral infarction, which need to be identified by head CT. If nausea, vomiting and yellow water vomiting are considered to be gallbladder system diseases, it is recommended to do ultrasound of liver, gallbladder and spleen to confirm the diagnosis. If it is determined to be cholecystitis and gallbladder stones, antibiotics, anti-inflammatory and cholestatic tablets, or bear bile treatment can be applied. Antibiotics can be chosen from cefoperazone or piperacillin, provided that there is no history of allergy to penicillin and cephalosporins, and only if there is no allergy in the skin test can be applied.
