The abdominal pain with vaginal bleeding is due to the bleeding of the bottom mucosa to form a post-placental hematoma, which is sometimes difficult to distinguish from preterm labor and preterm labor because of the atypical clinical manifestations and can have adverse effects on both mother and child. It is suggested that abdominal pain and vaginal bleeding should be ruled out first when seen in clinical practice.
