1.Attend to keep warm for one month after surgery to prevent catching a cold; avoid direct contact with air conditioners and electric fans as much as possible to avoid facial palsy. 2.If facial palsy occurs, the following measures should be taken to promote the recovery of facial palsy: (1)Oral prednisone tablets for 3 weeks: Week 1: 1 tablet 3 times a day; Week 2: 1 tablet 2 times a day; Week 3: 1 tablet 1 time a day. (2) Oral vitamin B1 tablets: 2 tablets 3 times a day. (3) Oral methylcobalamin tablets: 1 tablet 3 times a day. (4) Oral Salvia tablets: 3 times a day, 2 tablets each time. The above drugs, except prednisone tablets, need to be insisted on for 1-2 months. 3.The stitches can be removed more than 10 days after the surgery; wash your hair 1 week after the stitches are removed. 4.After discharge from the hospital, you can eat and move normally. Train and airplane travel are not affected.
