What are the advantages and disadvantages of each type of mole removal?

At present, there are more methods to remove moles. Nowadays, we mainly use surgical removal of moles, which is to pluck out the mole completely along the edge of the mole, and then fine suture the wound with very fine needle and thread. If the wound is slightly large or in places with high tension or more activities such as around the mouth and eyes, a layer of absorbable thread is first used under the skin and then fine suture is used to close the wound. The wound scar is very small and not easy to see, especially for some people who relapse after treatment by other methods and middle-aged and elderly people are first used. In addition, there are freezing method, laser method, and even drug erosion method, but all of them either cannot be completely removed or have scar, so it is not easy to grasp the right amount to remove the mole without leaving a scar. Laser mole removal is also common, but the energy of each laser is fixed, and the size of the spot is also fixed, while the size, depth and tissue structure of each mole cannot be fixed, so the effect of using the same energy and the same size spot to treat moles of different sizes, areas and depths is different. If the treatment is too many times, malignant changes may occur.
