Who are the people susceptible to cancer infection?

Cancer is a common and frequent disease that seriously endangers people’s lives and is the number one or two cause of death in the population. One out of every five people will die from cancer in a person’s lifetime. However, 60% of cancers can be prevented and more than 60-70% of early cancers can be cured, so cancer is not scary, the key lies in early prevention and early treatment. I. What is tumor? What is cancer? Tumor is the mutation of one or several cells genetically damaged by carcinogenic factors in a certain part of human body, and then these cells proliferate actively and unrestrictedly without being controlled by human body, and these infinitely proliferating cells often form lumps together, which is tumor. Tumors are divided into two categories: benign tumors and malignant tumors (often collectively called cancer). Benign tumors grow slowly and are generally harmless to health and life, except for the effect of occupancy in critical areas. Malignant tumors grow rapidly, compete with human body for nutrition, produce harmful metabolites and destroy the normal organ and tissue structure of human body, which are extremely harmful to human health and will take away human life if not treated effectively in time. Malignant tumors are divided into cancer and sarcoma, with cancer accounting for most of the incidence and sarcoma accounting for only 10%, but with high malignancy and poor treatment effect, they are more harmful. Who will (easily) suffer from cancer? 1.Age: children aged 3~6 have a high incidence of tumor, and 40~60 years old is the peak of cancer; 2.Gender: except for female-specific cancer, there are more males than females; 3.Heredity: people who are related to cancer patients have a higher risk of cancer, and clinically we can occasionally see high cancer family phenomenon. For example, if the mother has suffered from breast cancer, her daughter has 3 times higher risk of cancer. The incidence of bowel cancer increases in those who have less than one bowel movement per day, the incidence of cervical cancer increases in those who are sexually promiscuous and frequent, and the incidence of breast cancer increases in those who do not have children or do not breastfeed after childbirth; 7. Obesity: the incidence of bowel cancer, endometrial cancer and breast cancer is higher; 8. Cystic hyperplasia of breast, etc. are highly susceptible to transformation into cancer, called precancerous lesions; 9. Viral infections: the development of nasopharyngeal cancer is related to EBV infection; the development of liver cancer is related to hepatitis B virus infection, the development of cervical cancer is related to herpes virus infection, the development of malignant lymphoma is related to viral infection; 10. The cancer rate of ulcer is high; 11. People with withdrawn, introverted and low self-esteem have higher cancer incidence rate than those with cheerful, optimistic and confident personalities; the cancer incidence rate of people who are divorced, widowed, have family discord and have suffered from mental trauma will also increase. Third, is cancer contagious? This phenomenon is called cancer aggregation, or high cancer family, which is caused by two reasons: first, family genetic predisposition, i.e. family members have genetic defects that tend to cause cancer, such people are more sensitive to cancer-causing factors and more prone to cancer; second, the family lives in the same environment and enjoys the same diet structure and consumes more of the same carcinogenic substances, such as regional selenium deficiency, food containing The second is that a family living in the same environment enjoys the same dietary structure and consumes more of the same carcinogenic substances, such as regional selenium deficiency and food containing more strong carcinogens such as nitrite and aflatoxin. The incidence of cancer in such a family is naturally higher.
