What’s wrong with being dizzy and spinning around sometimes?

There are many different kinds of dizziness, and dizziness with spinning is often called vertigo. There are several types of vertigo, the more common is posterior circulation ischemia, that is, a problem with the artery in charge of the balance of this part of the cerebral blood supply, and some vestibular nerve supply, which is seen in cerebral infarction or severe cerebrovascular insufficiency or stenosis, which requires a cranial MRI examination for investigation. It is also seen in vestibular neuritis, vestibular dysfunction, otoliths, and a series of idiopathic vertigo disorders such as Meni’s syndrome. Among these dizziness and spinning disorders, the relatively most dangerous is posterior circulation ischemia, or even infarction.
