Electrocardiographic manifestations of inferior wall myocardial ischemia

The inferior wall generally refers to the lower left ventricular wall, and the ECG mainly shows II, III, and AVF abnormalities. The ECG manifestation of myocardial ischemia is mainly T-wave inversion, T-wave hypoplasia or T-wave hyperacusis in II, III, and AVF leads. In case of transmural ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction, there will be ST-segment elevation, which is a manifestation of transmural myocardial infarction with a very high mortality rate, and the blood vessels should be opened actively in order to avoid massive myocardial necrosis in patients. There are also some electrocardiograms which can show that the original T-wave inversion of II, III and AVF can be manifested as T-wave hypoplasia at the time of onset, and there is a false-positive manifestation of T-wave uprightness, and the false-positive manifestation is also a special change of myocardial ischemia.
