What causes numbness in the right hand

Right hand only numbness without pain, most of the reasons are due to neuropathy, may be peripheral neuropathy, may also be close to the central neuropathy leading to numbness in the hand, mainly depending on the numbness site is the whole hand numb, fingertip numb, or hand partial side numbness, all point to a different diagnosis, as follows: 1, index fingertip numb, not numb elsewhere, may be local peripheral nerve dystrophy caused by, or peripheral poor circulation. This condition is sometimes associated with rheumatic diseases, diabetic end-vascular disease, neuropathy or temperature changes leading to pain; 2, if the numbness is on one side, such as the small finger side, more often seen in the peripheral nerve compression or lesions caused; 3, if the palm of the hand numbness, may come from the wrist area of the nerve compression; 4, if in addition to numbness in the hand, accompanied by numbness in the forearm or some parts of the upper arm.
