Right hand only numbness without pain, most of the reasons are due to neuropathy, may be peripheral neuropathy, may also be close to the central neuropathy leading to numbness in the hand, mainly depending on the numbness site is the whole hand numb, fingertip numb, or hand partial side numbness, all point to a different diagnosis, as follows: 1, index fingertip numb, not numb elsewhere, may be local peripheral nerve dystrophy caused by, or peripheral poor circulation.
