The perianal warts may be perianal condyloma or perianal flat warts, the disease is different, the number of times it recurs is different: perianal condyloma may recur once to a few times, may be repeated frequently recur dozens of times; and perianal flat warts in general will not recur.
1. perianal warts: the disease is caused by human papillomavirus (HPV) infection, manifested as perianal polypoid, cauliflower pattern skin lesions.
In addition, if the patient’s treatment is not complete, or not remove the undesirable triggers (such as circumcision or vaginitis, etc.), or the patient’s immune status is low (such as suffering from diabetes, AIDS and other diseases), may make the perianal warts frequent recurrence dozens of times.
2. perianal flat warts: perianal flat warts is one of the clinical manifestations of the second stage of syphilis, if the patient by the full amount, full course of standardized treatment, usually will not recur.
However, if the patient is infected with syphilis again after the cure, the symptoms of syphilis may appear again, and the clinical manifestation of perianal flat warts will appear.
