Sublingual desensitizers for allergic diseases

Allergic diseases are currently one of the most common chronic diseases in the world. It includes a group of diseases such as atopic dermatitis, allergic rhinitis and allergic asthma, etc. There are many treatments for the above diseases, but among the many methods, allergen-specific immunotherapy is currently recognized as the only allopathic treatment. Allergen-specific immunotherapy (SIT), also known as desensitization therapy or hyposensitization therapy, is the current allergen-specific treatment with significantly better long-term efficacy than other drug treatments. SIT is indicated for patients who screen positive for inhalant allergens, such as dust mites, and for patients who screen positive for allergens. Sublingual specific immunization is a new therapy for allergic asthma and allergic rhinitis advocated by WHO in recent years, with easy administration, high safety and good patient compliance. This new approach to the treatment of allergic diseases has been a boon for children suffering from allergic diseases.
