Patients with vertigo requiring an IV are most likely to be caused by insufficient blood supply to the cerebral arteries. Such vertigo can be treated with the following drugs: 1. 250 ml of saline plus 20 ml of Ginkgo Biloba, 2 times daily. 2. 250 ml of saline plus 80 mg of Guipizide maleate, 1 time daily. 3. 250 ml of saline plus 20 ml of Vincristine, 1 time daily. 4. 250 ml of saline plus 10 ml of Danshen Chuanxiongzin injection, 1 time daily. 10ml, 1 time daily intravenous. Patients with vertigo need to rest in bed and reduce activities.
