How to use early pregnancy

Shortly after fertilization, a woman’s placental trophoblast layer secretes human chorionic gonadotropin, or HCG, which is present in large amounts in a woman’s urine. Early pregnancy test strips can detect the concentration of HCG in the urine as an aid to determine if you are pregnant. It is generally recommended to be used after one week of delayed menstruation. The specific usage of early pregnancy test strips is as follows: 1. Before using the early pregnancy test strips, you should read the product instruction manual carefully, place the reagent and the urine sample specimen at room temperature of 20℃-30℃, and the reagent strip taken out should be used as soon as possible within one hour; 2. Use a clean container to collect the middle urine, and after the test strip is taken out, the end with the arrow mark should be dipped into the container with urine, paying attention to the urine level The reagent strip should not exceed the mark line of the reagent strip, and the reagent strip should be removed after staying in the urine sample for five seconds to observe the color change; 3. Observe the color change of the early pregnancy test paper, if there is a purple-red band at both the upper and lower ends of the test paper, it indicates pregnancy; if only the upper end of the test paper appears purple-red and no color band appears at the lower end, it indicates no pregnancy; if the purple-red band appears at both ends, it indicates incorrect operation or the reagent strip is deteriorated or damaged. If you are pregnant for a short period of time, you can go to the hospital to have a blood test for HCG to determine if you are pregnant.
