Can smoker’s disease be treated with medication?

  Can smog be treated with medication?  To understand this question, it is important to understand where the cause of smog is. This will enable the right medicine to be prescribed.  Smog can mainly cause cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral ischemia in patients. For the ischemic cause, vasodilators and anticoagulants can be used, and for patients with cerebral hemorrhage, hemostatic and antifibrinolytic drugs can be used. The advantages of the surgery: Direct bypass can immediately improve the blood supply to the brain for some patients who already have ischemic lesions, reduce the probability of morbidity and control the disease, and multi-factor patching can form good collateral circulation for about six months to improve the blood supply in a wide range of conditions, so the combination of the two is necessary. In patients with ischemic type, the formation of collateral circulation after surgery can meet a wide range of blood supply and reduce the complications of large area infarction, which will greatly reduce the probability of reoccurrence for both ischemic and hemorrhagic type.  In conclusion: Smoldering disease can be treated with drugs, but it is not recommended. Combined vascular bypass surgery is currently the most effective surgical procedure for the treatment of smog.
