Third child delivery is not fast

If the first two births are normal, the birth speed of the third child may be faster than the first child; if one of the first two births is by cesarean, it is impossible to compare the speed of normal birth; but if the first two births are by cesarean, the mother’s third child is generally not allowed to have a normal birth. 1. If the first two births are normal, and the third child is also normal, the birth speed may be faster than the first child. The more the number of normal births, the greater the relaxation of the cervix and pelvic floor, the easier it is to have a normal birth, and the speed of production is faster. But because there are individual differences between pregnant women, and the speed of normal birth is also affected by many factors, such as fetal size, fetal head size, fetal orientation, pelvic condition, cervical condition, etc., and the speed of birth is also related to the mother’s own age, bone calcification, uterine contraction strength, etc., so the speed of normal birth of three children needs a comprehensive assessment, not a generalization; 2, if one of the first two children is a cesarean section If one of the first two pregnancies was delivered by cesarean section, the speed of the third child’s delivery also needs to be evaluated comprehensively and cannot be judged directly; 3. If the first two pregnancies were delivered by cesarean section, women who have had two cesarean sections cannot have a normal delivery. This is due to the existence of scar uterus after the cesarean section, the thickness of the lower part of the uterus is thin, and the elasticity is poor, and the risk of uterine rupture in the process of pregnancy again, after the full term of pregnancy, the uterus is extremely swollen, if the vaginal trial of labor, the probability of rupture and other accidents in the process of delivery is relatively high, so it is not possible to deliver by normal delivery. Considering that the labor process of the third child may be faster, it is recommended that when there are signs of labor such as redness, rupture of membranes or abdominal pain, the mother should go to the hospital for examination and follow the doctor’s prescription for medication after delivery.
