What is the problem with small particles on the legs with clogged pores

Clogged pores and small particles on the legs may be a symptom of periorbital keratosis or ichthyosis of the lower legs. Whether it is keratosis pilaris or ichthyosis, it is due to genetic factors. Since it is dominantly inherited, the appearance of symptoms is usually preceded by at least one of the patient’s parents having the symptoms. The small particles formed by the clogging are actually skin conditions that result from abnormal keratinization of the skin. As the keratinized papules form on the surface of the skin, around the hair follicles blocking the follicles, the follicles and sebaceous glands are unable to excrete sweat and sebum effectively, resulting in dryness of the epidermis and symptoms similar to those of chicken skin.
