Autologous fistula pseudoaneurysm removal with fistula repair for dialysis

This patient, who has used dialysis twice in two years since he had an autologous fistula, worries daily about the rupture of this aneurysm. On admission, he saw a pseudotumor with thin, locally infected skin and could see a high-speed swirling blood flow under the skin. The artery was repaired directly and the blood flow is now satisfactory. Song Yan, Department of Vascular Surgery, First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University
