  How to use defibrillator 1. Turn the knob to manual pass.  2. Use the plasma electrode: first apply the conductive substance and attach the plasma electrode on the patient’s chest (positioned outside the left nipple of the apical part of the heart, its center should be in the left axillary midline; between 2-4 ribs at the right edge of the sternum at the bottom of the heart).  3. Turn the energy selection knob to 150 joules.  4. To charge, press the yellow button on the plasma electrode in the apical position of the heart.  5. To charge, press the orange plasma electrode on the apical position and the bottom of the heart at the same time.  1. Check daily whether the machine and the matching items are complete and keep the machine clean. (A group is responsible) 2. Instrument cleaning: (1) Warm soapy water is available; (2) Effective chlorine 1000+1 is available; (3) No abrasive cleaners should be used, use a soft cloth when cleaning.
