Hemorrhoids can be disinfected with iodophor, but only in cases where the hemorrhoid is accompanied by infection or local edema, and can be treated with iodophor for anti-inflammatory purposes, but there is no therapeutic effect on the hemorrhoid itself, because the occurrence of hemorrhoids is due to pathological varicose veins under the anal skin and submucosa of the rectum. Iodophor does not have a therapeutic effect on the underlying cause. For mild hemorrhoids, medication can be used; for severe hemorrhoids, surgery should be considered if medication is ineffective.
