Post-operative rehabilitation of autologous N cord tendon reconstruction for anterior cruciate ligament injury

  Important time points
  1. Within 1 week after surgery, the main focus is to eliminate edema of the affected limb.
2.4 weeks after surgery, to achieve full knee extension
3, Within 6 weeks postoperatively, the flexion angle of the knee is controlled within 90° (0° in the fully extended knee position) and requires brace protection, preferably a hinged brace. In addition, in general, it is only now that you can gradually walk off the crutches.
  4. Only after 6 weeks post-operatively can you start resisted knee flexion exercises
5.No open chain exercises of the knee joint, such as kicking the calf in a sitting position, should be done for 12 weeks after surgery.
Rehabilitation plan within 6 weeks after surgery
  1.Ankle pump
2.Under the supine position, tense the muscle above the thigh and press the knee joint down toward the bed. 6 seconds/time, 10 times/group.
