Symptoms of senile pubitis

Vaginitis in the elderly can manifest as itching or burning sensation in the vulva, vaginal dryness or pain. The symptoms of this type of vaginitis are different from those of vaginitis in women of childbearing age, as they usually do not necessarily show an increase in vaginal discharge, but in some cases there can be yellowish-purulent discharge, itching or burning sensation in the vulva, some women show vaginal dryness, atrophy of the vaginal mucosa, or pain or swelling in the vagina. Some women have vaginal dryness, atrophy of vaginal mucosa, or painful vaginal pain or discomfort in the pubic area, or some women have frequent and painful urination. In addition, if vaginitis is combined with trichomonas or mycobacterial infections, it can also manifest as foamy or tofu-like discharge. A routine vaginal discharge test is usually done to confirm the type of vaginitis, which is usually done with topical pills and vulva douching. In general, the symptoms of senile vaginitis vary from person to person, and usually include itching or burning sensation in the vulva, vaginal dryness or pain, or in some women, frequent and painful urination. During treatment and onset, it is important to pay attention to a light diet and not to eat spicy and irritating hair products.
