Is the disappearance of chest pains in early pregnancy necessarily a fetal abortion?

The disappearance of chest pain in early pregnancy is not necessarily a sign of fetal abortion. In early pregnancy, pregnant women can produce symptoms of breast swelling and pain, which is normal, but the diagnosis should be made according to the examination results. In early pregnancy, pregnant women have chest pain symptoms mainly due to the elevated hormone level in the body, thickening of the fat layer and breast engorgement, which then leads to breast swelling. Breast swelling is a normal physiological manifestation before breastfeeding, and the duration of breast pain will gradually shorten as the hormone level in the body stabilizes. In general, if symptoms of disappearing breast pain occur in early pregnancy, ultrasound examination is recommended to clarify whether the fetal heartbeat has stopped. In addition, progesterone can also be tested, and if it exceeds 25ng/ml, it is in the normal range and there is no need to worry too much. Therefore, if the symptoms of disappearing chest pain appear in early pregnancy, it is recommended to go to the obstetrics and gynecology department of the hospital in time to have relevant examinations according to the doctor’s recommendation to clarify the specific cause.
