Itchy skin in hot weather may be caused by summer dermatitis, sweat herpes, cholinergic urticaria and other causes.
1. Summer dermatitis: mainly due to the hot climate, high temperature, high humidity, coupled with dust and other stimulation of the skin caused by working in a high-temperature environment above 30 ℃ is easy to cause the onset. Manifested as a large skin erythema, with papules, papules, often self-conscious itching.
2. Sweat herpes: high temperature, ultraviolet light and other factors, easy to induce the occurrence of sweat herpes, can appear hands and feet sweating, peeling, with varying degrees of burning and itching and other symptoms.
3. Cholinergic urticaria: a more specific type of urticaria, hot weather stimulates the body’s cholinergic nerve excitation, and the release of acetylcholine, the role of mast cells and the onset of cholinergic urticaria, there can be a diameter of 1 ~ 3mm round papules, self-consciousness and intense itching.
