Neurological tinnitus is not a very treatable disease, and once it occurs, many patients have it for life, and it may slowly affect their hearing to some extent. If this disease affects sleep, sleep medications such as Valium can be used, but if it does not affect sleep, there are no specific medications that can be applied. The symptoms can also be relieved by microvascular dilating drugs to improve the blood supply and a visit to the ENT department for a detailed examination of the hearing and vestibular function. If there is vestibular impairment, stabilizing medications can also be used. In some patients, symptoms may disappear after the hearing has completely decreased.
