What conditions require colposcopy

1, Pap smear cytology grade III or above, or TBS classification suggesting ASC or above or ASC-US twice. 2.Persons with contact bleeding, negative cytology and no obvious lesion in the cervix under visual observation. 3.Negative cytology examination but suspicious of cancer by visual observation. 4.People who are positive for high-risk HPV-DNA. 4.Suspected acromegaly of the lower genital tract. 5.Suspected vaginal adenopathy and vaginal malignancy. 6.Review and evaluation after treatment of cervical, vaginal and vulvar lesions. 7.Before cervical conization and cervical cancer surgery, colposcopy is used to determine the extent of lesions and guide the surgery.
